Time on the toll road (within one hour) - at the same time, the cost does not depend on the route or distance traveled by the vehicle. Class of vehicle - different cost for different categories of vehicles. The vehicle class can be checked on the dashboard and in "name of section" of the website. The toll price is linked to the monthly calculation index (MCI) and may change according to its value.

Discount passes only for vehicles registered in the Karasai, Ili and Talgar districts. A refund is only possible with a written application. For this it is necessary to:
Send an application to the e-mail address bakad@barr.kz, attaching scanned copies of the originals of the following documents: ID card;
Technical passport;
Check or receipt of payment.

According to the Law on Roads, Article 5-2 “Benefits for payment for the use of toll roads (sections)”:
the following categories of special vehicles are exempted from toll road (section) use fees while on duty:
1. Emergency medical services organizations;
2. Emergency services;
3. Law enforcement agencies;
4. Transport control authorities;
5. Special government bodies;
6. Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other troops and military formations;
7. Passenger cars of veterans of the Great Patriotic War.

All BARR tolls received from Users are transferred by the Concessionaire to the Republican budget. In this regard, the Concessionaire is not a recipient of income and has no right to issue to Users acts of work performed or services rendered, as well as electronic invoices.

All oral and written appeals are considered within 15 working days of receipt date.

If the vehicles are registered with a bank, a lease will be required for cooperation.
If the vehicles are registered to a private entrepreneur, a confirmation ticket must be provided.
If the vehicles are registered to another LLP, a lease agreement will be required.

When paying debts, please consider the following instructions:
1. If the debt is less than 7 calendar days, please make payment in the “Payment for toll road” section in the Kaspi Bank, Halyk Bank, Bank Center Credit, Qiwi and Wooppay applications.
2. Debts that have occurred for more than 7 calendar days must be paid in the “Payment of debt” section in the Kaspi application and in the Qiwi application.
This will help maintain order and ensure timely repayment of debts.
