- Tractors
- Self-propelled machines
- Other vehicles whose speed is less than 40 km/h according to technical characteristics or condition
- Trucks with an authorized maximum mass of more than 3.5 tons, beyond the second lane

Preventive measures are carried out from time to time jointly with the Motor Transport and Transport Control Committee of the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Police Department of Almaty Region. Please, be sure that you are not exceeding the weight and size requirements to avoid fines.
How to conduct if you had an accident/incident
The users are highly recommended to undertake the following steps in case of an accident/incident or any emergency situation:

6.Move to the safe side of the highway.
Stay off the roadway to avoid danger.
7.Do not stand behind a vehicle waiting for help.
Wait for help ahead of the car and stay alert.
8.Follow the instructions of BACAD representatives.
9.Remove the cones from the road after the fault has been corrected.
Notify Roadside Assistance at 2277 when the work has been completed.
